Parul is a mother, wife, aspiring writer, Occupational Ergonomist and current Director of Customer Success at Aclaimant. She lives in Chicago. Parul’s career began as an Ergonomics Consultant and transitioned through a short time in HR, before pausing again in Tech & Customer Success (CS). Parul launched her first CS team in 2016, reorganized a large CS team in 2020, and is doing it again at Aclaimant. When she is not working, she is running around after her two young boys!
