The process provides you actionable steps to help reach your goals.

The process involves three steps that can be easily remembered through the mnemonic device PAL:

Step 1: P” is for Pause – Here we identify what needs to change.

Step 2: “A” is for Are You Ready for Action? – This is where we ensure the correct action will be taken.

Step 3: “L” for Let’s Take Action! – This is where we create a plan and take action.
